Property Assessment and Design
Before diving into the renovation, we meet with you at your property and an go through it top to bottom. We then create a custom design plan that fits your home and appeals to buyers, ensuring that the design adds value to your property.

Value-add Estimates
We'll work with you and your real estate agent to determine the pre- and post- renovation value of your home as well as the amount we will invest in the renovation. This will give you a clear idea of how much more money you are likely to make by renovating your property before selling it.

Renovation and Staging
We'll keep you in the loop throughout the renovation process so that everything goes smoothly as our team completes the renovation to a high standard.

We'll then add finishing touches by staging your property so that it stands out among other listings in your area to get you a quick sale at top-dollar.
